Our icon series this year celebrates the life and music of Roy Orbison, one of the most influential and iconic pioneers of American rock ‘n roll. The early years as a youth in Texas, his rise to fame in the early and mid sixties with hits like Pretty Woman and It’s Over, and the continuous personal tragedies that led to his subsequent fall in the 70’s. ‘The Big O’ had a renaissance in the 80’s with the supergroup The Traveling Wilbury’s, and was back on top of the charts at the time of his sudden death at the age of 52. Join us for an unforgettable evening of music as we pay tribute to the man Elvis Presley once described as the greatest singer on earth.
